Fanon - Livestock feed factory Petrijanec is one of the leading livestock feed manufacturers in Croatia and the only one marketing its total production. Our annual production capacity totals to approximately 80.000 tons. Physically the scope of operation in 2013 was almost 100% of the factory's production capacities, 80,6% pertaining to the production of fodder mixtures and 19,4% to the production of By pass proteins for cows. Our product range includes all types of feed for ruminants, poultry, pigs, wild game, rabbits...
Development
PEHRA and CIBO labels are widely accepted and recognized.
Continuous development of teams capable of providing a wide range of assistance not only in the segment of feed, but also in other livestock production segments, is our ongoing commitment.
Over the last years, we gradually moved away from commercial products towards products possessing characteristics which make them best suited for the needs of farm production and towards specialization in product segments requiring high level of expertise and technological equipment, all intended to boost production and reduce the costs of farm production.
Quality raw materials
Since in the course of procurement of raw materials we endeavour to meet most of our production material needs with Croatian produce, every manufacturer of agricultural produce, corn, grains and oil crops has a safe and reliable marketing partner in Fanon.
Certificates
We do business in accordance with all standards required on the modern market. We have ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP quality certificates and since March 2014 have been the only holders of the QS certificate in Croatia.
Production
Our total annual production capacity is approximately 80.000 tons, out of which 60.000 tons relate to the program of finished and supplementary fodder mixtures and 20.000 tons to the production of By pass proteins for cows.
Every year we feed cows yielding over 50.000.000 l of milk and over 50.000 pigs.
Licenced production
We are holders of a licence for the production of By pass proteins for dairy cows for the entire region as a result of our cooperation with the largest German livestock feed manufacturer - Deutsche Tiernahrung Cremer. We are using unique - OPTICON® technology patented by DTC. By pass protein is sold under the DEUKALAC label.
Transportation and logistics
We deliver over 95% of the total manufactured quantities with our own transport fleet of specialized vehicles for the transportation of livestock feed to almost 300 silos at farms throughout Croatia and in the neighbouring countries. We are the only exporter of livestock feed to EU member states - Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary and Slovenia and CEFTA member states - Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina.
